The American Academy of Ophthalmology (the Eye M.D.s Association) alerts users of digital devices such as smartphones, tablet, and computer monitor, on the risk of computer vision syndrome, or also known as digital eye strain. Eye strain and dry eye are common among users from repetitive and prolong duration of use, but this can be prevented with the following daily practices.
