Celebrate Thanksgiving Safely
Enjoying a safe virtual Thanksgiving
|
As Thanksgiving approaches while we all want to celebrate, but we still need to practice Covid-19 safety measures, such as getting vaccinated, and once vaccinated, maintain being boosted, continue to wear a face mask, keep at least six feet away from those who live outside of your home, avoiding groups of people and even small groups of people, washing hands often, and other public health recommendations. Most children are still not vaccinated, and more people need to get vaccinated. This increases the risk of spread. Unfortunately, Covid-19 in the United States is still a risk.

Don't let this happy to you.
Keep safe by having a virtual Thanksgiving. |
A traditional Thanksgiving with family and friends who do not live in your home, will put you and your family at risk from being in close proximity for long periods of time while visiting and having dinner. Even if family members and friends have been at their home and are healthy, being together can increase the risk of infection of Covid-19. Having a virtual Thanksgiving experience by having a "live" social media experience or simply sharing on social media, will help to keep you, your friends and family safe and healthy. Keep it healthy.
